As a Workplace Strategist at Demstra, you will diagnose structural friction inside organizations and engineer resilient people systems. You will work side-by-side with leadership to redesign decision rights, communication cadences, and operating models.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive organizational health audits and team-topology assessments.
Facilitate executive workshops on decision-rights matrices and operational clarity.
Author customized people systems playbooks and documentation standards.
Measure operational friction reductions using structured employee sentiment metrics.
Advise clients on sustainable hybrid workplace policies and cultural norms.
Requirements
5+ years in management consulting, organizational design, or people operations leadership.
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and drive organizational change.
Exemplary writing, documentation, and executive presentation capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in systems thinking and operating model redesign.
Fluent English.
