As a Talent Partner at Demstra, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to executive leadership teams. You will analyze workforce needs, forecast hiring bottlenecks, and build sustainable recruiting systems that scale with rapid company growth.
Responsibilities
Act as trusted advisor to founder and VP-level hiring executives.
Design structured interview scorecards and bias-free assessment criteria.
Lead strategic headcount planning and compensation benchmarking audits.
Optimize recruiting funnels using data-driven conversion metrics.
Train client hiring teams on high-conversion candidate closing strategies.
Requirements
4+ years of strategic recruiting or HR business partner experience.
Deep understanding of organizational design and compensation structures.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to present recruitment analytics to C-level teams.
High emotional intelligence and consultative negotiation abilities.
Fluent English.
