As a People Connector at Demstra, you represent the bridge between exceptional talent and transformative organizational roles. You will identify, engage, and guide world-class professionals through curated talent matching processes.
Responsibilities
Source and nurture high-caliber talent pipelines across international tech and consulting markets.
Conduct deep behavioral and competency discovery interviews with candidates.
Partner with client hiring leads to define nuanced role profiles and success criteria.
Guide candidates through seamless, transparent offer and onboarding workflows.
Champion candidate experience and Demstra’s employer brand reputation.
Requirements
3+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search.
Proven track record of placing specialized talent in high-growth companies.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with modern talent sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
Fluent Polish and English.
